
Titi Tade
Titi is an Assistant Director, Medical Social Services at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH),and lectures in various Schools in LUTH and in the College of Medicine, University of Lagos (CMUL). As a Medical Social Worker, Titi Tade’s experience is in various fields including Mental Health, Paediatrics, Disability, Assisted Fertility and Reproductive Health.
With over 18 years of experience as a Trainer/Facilitator, Titi is a Fellow of Leadership in Environment And Development International (LEAD), and a member of the former international training team for LEAD, where she facilitated and trained in the areas of leadership and sustainability in countries including Italy, South Africa, Canada and Senegal.
Titi is a pioneer HIV/AIDS Hotline Counsellor/Trainer TOT for the first HIV/AIDS Hotline in Nigeria and routinely supports developmental programmes funded by Non-Governmental Organisations. Titi is a member of LUTH’s Health Research and Ethics Committee (HREC); a Trainer/Volunteer Coordinator for LUTH’s Suicide Research and Prevention Initiative (SURPIN) and also a member of the Editorial Committee for LUTH Magazine.
