
Margaret Ojochide Aligbe
Margaret is an agricultural entrepreneurial graduate of FATE Foundation Entrepreneurship Program, with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension, who is passionate about how to achieve Zero Hunger in the Sub-Saharan Africa context with emphasis on Sustainable food systems, Hydroponics and food banking. She has practical and proven skills on how to develop a functional food bank in a typical Nigerian Environment and how the effectiveness of food banking systems can help in alleviating hunger and food wastage.
She is working currently as an Administrator and volunteer with the LAGOS FOOD BANK INITIATIVE (www.lagosfoodbank.org), an NGO committed to reducing hunger in the Nigerian society. The NGO embraces initiatives that focus on sustainable development and seeks opportunities that are aimed at achieving a Hunger free Nigeria by 2030.
