
Joseph Watuleke
Joseph Watuleke is an Assistant Lecturer at Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda and a PhD candidate in Educational Management (With Bias in ePedagogy in Higher Education). Joseph worked at the University of Agder, Kristiansand Norway where he secured his MSc in Development Management and continued to support the International Research Conference on Climate Change and Security at Cross-Roads. His most recent publication title was ‘The role of food banks in food security in Uganda: A case of Hunger Project Food Bank, Mbale epicentre.’
Mr. Joseph Watuleke holds a postgraduate diploma in International Online Teaching and Course Design attained from the University of Agder in Norway.
He is currently a tutor at the E-teaching Program for Students pursuing a postgraduate diploma in online teaching and course design. He is a part of the consulting team offering training and consultancy in Online and Blended learning to both University staff and the Private sector. The most recent consultancy work was with the United Nations Mission In South Sudan (UNMISS).
