
Hannington Bananuka Twine
Hannington Bananuka Twine is currently working as a Lecturer in the School of Distance and Lifelong Learning at Makerere University, Uganda. He holds a PhD in Education (Adult and Community Education) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and a Masters degree in the same field from Florida A&M University, USA; a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Makerere University. In addition, he has a Postgraduate Certificate in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Victoria, Canada.
His teaching and research interests are focused on participatory research, adult education and social transformation, community development, University-Community engagement, NGOs/Civil Society Organisations and the broad field of development.
