
Grace Awosanmi
Grace Awosanmi is Research Administrator of the Nigerian hub, and based at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife.
Grace has managed different research and collaborative projects for the Seed Science and Technology Research Laboratory at Obafemi Awolowo University. These include Darwin Initiative Research on Community Tree Seeds (DIRECTS) (2006-2010); Collaborative Project between Obafemi Awolowo University and Murdoch University, Perth, Australia on the Nexus between Mining and Agriculture (2014-2016). She was also a Training Manager/Resource Person for the Training of Seed Analysts from the National Agricultural Seeds Council, Abuja (2010); Training Course on Maize Hybrid Seed Production, Processing and Management sponsored by Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) (2013); CORAF/WECARD (West and Central African Council for Agricultural Research and Development)-sponsored Training of seed officers (from 8 WCA countries- Benin, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Ghana, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal) on Production of High Quality Maize Seeds, (2015).
Grace was a Community Facilitator under the World Bank Funded Fadama III Programme in Osun State, Nigeria (2008-2013).
