Lessah Mandoloma, is a lecturer in Natural Resources Management. She has a BSc and an MSc in Natural Resources Management- from University of Malawi and Egerton University, Kenya respectively. Lessah is an AWARD fellow, a career-development program that equips top women agricultural scientist across sub-Saharan Africa to accelerate agricultural gains by strengthening their research and leadership skills through tailored fellowships.

Lessah is a member of Women Organised for change in Agriculture and Natural Resources Management (WOCAN), Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN) and Society for Conservation Biology (SCB).

Research areas: Wildlife management, Ecotourism, Biodiversity Conservation, Climate Change and Nature Conservation.
